Bailey Copeland

Dance Teacher

With a background in special education, I specialize in supporting individuals with persistent or severe challenging behaviors. My passion lies in creating an inclusive, joyful, and supportive environment where every dancer can thrive. At MOVE Inclusive Dance, I am committed to fostering a strong sense of community while helping each student reach their full potential—both in dance and in life. I love building meaningful connections with my dancers and their families, ensuring that every class is a place of growth, confidence, and celebration.

I hold a Master of Education in Special Education with a focus on Behavior Disorders and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with a focus on High Incidence Disabilities, both from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Licensed Behavior Analyst, and hold a Tennessee Teacher License in Special Education (K-12).
